It seems that we are not alone in suffering technical issues - Alamy has had problems this month as well.
Our problems were due to a melt-down of our main PC. Although we have back-up processing capability via a laptop PC and a Mac, and all our data is stored and backed up to external disk drives, the sheer effort of repairing the PC, and reloading our software, has taken over a week.
Also, we have to admit, with some embarassment, the quality of image processing via a notebook PC and even the Mac, should have been done using a large monitor. Our main camera was recently cleaned while we were in London but it seems not thoroughly enough. ThiseNt that a whole batch of images has had to be reviewed because (at least) one of the images in the batch had dust spots!
We hope to be back on track by the end of May.
